For those looking for something a bit heartier, the Galbi (Korean short ribs) is a must-try. The tender meat is marinated in a sweet and savory sauce and grilled to perfection. It's rich in flavor and served with a side of kimchi, which adds a tangy kick that complements the richness of the ribs. If you're in the mood for something lighter, their Korean pancake, or Jeon, is a delicious option. It's crispy on the outside, yet soft and savory on the inside, filled with vegetables and served with a dipping sauce.

If you’re unsure about what to order, the menu is full of diverse options. They offer lunch specials for those on a tight schedule, which is great if you're looking for a quick but satisfying meal. The dinner menu is perfect for those looking to indulge and try a little bit of everything. From hearty soups like Kimchi Jjigae (kimchi stew) to delicacies like the Bulgogi (marinated beef), there’s no shortage of options.

  • Visiting from out of town. This place is easy to miss. Definitely use GPS. It’s an unassuming little place but serves up authentic Korean dishes. I ordered Bi bim bap. Kimchi was delicious!

  • From the outside, it's not clear that you are about to enter a half restaurant half grocery store establishment. Despite the lack of aesthetics, the food and service were good. The seafood pancake was done well - not at all greasy which I see at other places. Pretty typical entrees on the menu, everything is made to order and gives the feeling that you're in a home kitchen with a great cook.

  • A hidden gem with, in my opinion, the best authentic Korean food in Columbia. Nestled in the back of a grocery store, but not at all cramped for our party of 4. The food provides the feeling of exceptional home cooking, and you are given far more than your money's worth, with plates piled high. I would say Seoul Restaurant is in my top 3 restaurants (any cuisine) that I tried during four years living in Columbia.

  • Our new “go to” authentic Korean restaurant :) we ordered the spicy kimchi stew, gimbap, and grilled croaker. Prices are very fair for the portions you receive and quality of food. The banchan was included in our order and everything tasted very fresh. The market side of the establishment has a variety of teas, instant noodles, and a fridge and freezer section. Not a whole lot of options for grocery, but fun to poke around while you wait on your food. The ladies running the shop were very polite as well as friendly - one gave us a small plate of fresh melon for free :) The entrance and sign could use some love, but it has character as is.

  • ISO AUTHENTIC Korean. Like someone's Korean grandma that cooks with the heart! Which is who greeted us in this very casual market and restaurant adventure . While I waited for my SPC army daughter, (was stationed in Korea) I ventured into the specialty market. A trip into Korean cuisine. I felt I was definitely in another country. I had my heart set on pork belly as I saw they had on the menu. Unfortunately we have to cook it tabletop ourselves. As a chef myself, I go out to be cooked for so I ordered spicy Squid. It satisfied my traveling craving search for Korean grandma's cooking. My children's favorite is still the competition down the block which I detoured from because I wanted the elusive pork belly. My coffee was cold and instant. I'd definitely shop here for the necessary specialty ingredients when I put on my Korean chef's hat!

  • Full Flavorful AWESOMENESS!!! My younger brother had recommended this wonderful place several times, but this was our 1st visit, and WON'T be our last (I want to come back and check out the grocery side!!)!!! The Amazing lady that brought us to our table and was our server, has the Best Energy about her. She was welcoming and brought each dish out with a smile!!! Every bit was Great!!! And the aromas and taste matched our taste buds anticipation!!! There is also PARKING and and an ENTRANCE in the REAR of the business. We ordered the Fried Beef Dumplings, Bulgogi, and Stir Fried Pork. Each dish was AWESOME!!!! It's a Must Visit!!!

  • Reminds me of how my mom used to cook for me growing up, I miss her cooking. I’m surprised I just found this place, but I highly recommend! It’s a little out of the way from Columbia, but so worth it!!!
